You are the watchman looking out of the window at the city, but the city is dull and colorless.
Black is mixed from all colors, is colors waiting to be unravelled.
The arrows represents the gifts talents that God has placed in you. Seeds, abilities, God given dreams, prophecies, your ideas and influence.
7 arrows for the 7 pillars of society that you are to influence.
God place in your hand the bow. It is not pulled as you are the one to release it.

2. City of Lights
Here you are no longer in a watch tower, but in the city. As you release your arrows, the city is transformed into a City of Lights. You are the light of the world, a city that's set on a hill that cannot be hidden. Out of which flows the rivers of living water. Water that will flow out to other cities to heal, refresh and restore.
